Dr Mayet is a very good Doctor. I always see him in surgery if possible. He always listens to concerns and always arranges tests if necessary. I have complete confidence in him. He also has a polite manner and puts you at ease.

Dr Mayet has been a colleague for several years and I have great faith in his opinion. At a time when GPs are expected to have a working knowledge of so many different conditions, he always comes across as having a well balanced and pragmatic approach. Patients that we have in common always speak highly of him. I would definitely recommend Dr Mayet!

In 2010 I had water in my urine. The test came back normal. A year later it happened again and came back normal. I wasn't happy and saw Dr Mayet who referred me for further investigation although my results were lower than usual for referral. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and after two operations and monitoring for several years I still seem clear. I was so grateful that this cancer was diagnosed early enough for this action and I did write to Dr Mayet at the time to thank him but this letter seemed to have been mislaid. So I'm expressing my thanks again and hope others may be as lucky..

Saw Dr Mayet recently with a number of what I thought were unrelated problems. He quickly realised they all built up a picture of psoriatic Arthritis, and referred me to a specialist. His quick diagnosis has helped me enormously, and his listening to my issues helped him build the full picture. I would highly recommend him.
